Mevlevi cuisine panel and cooking competition

Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Seçim participated in the Karaman local food competition as both a jury member and a panelist and gave a talk. The participants were informed about the place and importance of Mevlevi cuisine and local cuisines in culture and their questions were answered. In the talk, which had a large number of participants, the known and forgotten information about our sustainable local cuisine was reminded.
