Necmettin Erbakan University achieved a significant success at the 2025 Accessible University Awards organized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). The university ranked second nationwide among 112 universities by receiving 11 accessibility flags.

The achievement reflected the university’s strong commitment to accessibility and inclusive higher education. The initiatives implemented in physical, academic, and digital accessibility contributed to strengthening equal opportunities in education and supporting the full participation of individuals with disabilities in higher education.

Led by Prof. Dr. Hakan Sarı, the efforts of the academic and administrative staff were acknowledged and appreciated. Necmettin Erbakan University emphasized its continued commitment to advancing inclusive and sustainable education in line with global development goals.
