Necmettin Erbakan University took the wind with a workshop and panel at the Van Gourmet Gastronomy Fair

Associate Professor Dr. Yılmaz Seç, head of our faculty's Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, participated in the Van Gourmet Gastronomy Fair. A talk was held between 1:00 and 2:00 PM with Emine Beder, Mehtap Seyran, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Seçim, Sedat Aksu, and Ahmet Karaman about the "Harput Meatball" workshop kitchen. He also participated in the "Civil Society Organizations in Gastronomy" panel with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Seçim, Ali Geyik, Nurullah Kaplan, Erkan Yıldız, and Sinan Pülat on the same day. Dr. Seçim, who works to promote our culinary culture through local products and new flavors, strives to preserve cultural heritage and promote the department.
