Necmettin Erbakan University Publications (NEÜ PRESS) achieved significant success by representing Turkey in the field of academic publishing at the 2025 Frankfurt Book Fair, the world's largest and most prestigious book fair. This year's event, which took place in Frankfurt, Germany, brought together approximately 4,000 publishers from over 100 countries, serving as a global meeting point for the international publishing industry.

During the fair, the NEÜ Scientific Publications Coordination initiated strategic partnerships in the areas of academic visibility, data analytics, and international indexing by establishing contacts with academic institutions, international publishing houses, and digital publishing companies at the NEÜ PRESS stand. The new partnerships include leading academic publishing and data organizations such as Clarivate Analytics (Web of Science), ProQuest, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, and Texas University Press. These collaborations will strengthen the international circulation of Necmettin Erbakan University's scientific publications and enable it to achieve a more effective position in the global academic communication network.

The fair was attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Cem Zorlu, Vice Rector for Publications Prof. Dr. Mehmet Birekul, our Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Kaleci, and our Assistant Coordinator Muammer Köroğlu. Visiting the stand, Turkish Consul General in Frankfurt N. İlknur Akdevelioğlu congratulated the NEÜ PRESS team and wished the publishing house continued international success.

Our Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Kaleci, said the following while evaluating the fair participation:

"NEÜ PRESS's presence at the Frankfurter Buchmesse is a strategic step that increases Turkey's representation in academic publishing and expands our university's scientific influence on a global scale. We would like to thank our Rector Prof. Dr. Cem Zorlu, all our administrators, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the Turkish Printing and Publishing Association for their support throughout this process. The collaborations we have initiated will make significant contributions to Necmettin Erbakan University's vision of promoting its scientific production capacity to the world."

The NEÜ Scientific Publications Coordination aims to promote Necmettin Erbakan University's scientific production capacity on a global scale by continuing to strengthen academic publishing not only within the university but also at an international level.
