The conference titled "Nursing Days 8: National Medical Rescue Team Unit (UMKE) and DISASTER" organized by our Faculty, Department of Surgical Diseases Nursing, was held on May 20, 2024. Within the scope of the conference, UMKE volunteer Dr. Sinem BAĞCI ÇELİK gave a speech on "UMKE and its Role in Disasters". In his speech, Dr. BAĞCI ÇELİK informed the students about the purpose, activities, and importance of UMKE, what needs to be done to become a UMKE volunteer, and answered their questions.
