Nutrition education during pregnancy emphasizes the importance of balanced and adequate nutrition for expectant mothers to support both their own health and the healthy development of the baby. This training teaches how to regulate eating habits to meet the increasing need for vitamins, minerals and protein during pregnancy. Adequate intake of nutrients such as iron, folic acid, calcium and omega-3 is vital for brain development and bone health. In addition, the importance of making healthy food choices and regular meals in order to avoid excessive weight gain and prevent problems such as gestational diabetes are among the focal points of this training. Nutrition education is a basic guide for mother and baby to have a healthy pregnancy. Pregnant women were given training on this subject at the family health center No. 3. In this context, continuing in cooperation with institutions affiliated with the district health directorate makes the institutions stronger.
