The 2nd year students of Department of Food Processing Flour and Bakery Technology Program made their performance presentations within the scope of the Nutrition Information lesson. Efficient presentations were made on food groups and their effects on health, vitamin and mineral needs, maintaining energy balance and metabolism, and nutrition in special situations (athlete nutrition, child and elderly nutrition, etc.).
