Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Education, Department of English Language Teaching students organized a book collection activity for schools in the earthquake zone within the scope of Community Service Practices course. Parcels containing storybooks, novels, textbooks, stationery and game boxes were carefully prepared to be delivered to schools at different levels. In the first phase of the event, some of the parcels were sent to Geçit Şehit Mevlüt Yalçınkaya Secondary School in Elbistan, Kahramanmaraş. Our colleague, a 2019 graduate, not only brought the books together, but also created a library area where students could have a pleasant time.
