At the Radiation Oncology Clinic, our students, accompanied by our instructor, provided oral care training to our patients receiving radiotherapy for head and neck cancers. In this way, an attempt was made to contribute to the prevention of mouth sores. The materials used in the trainings were developed by our students. In addition, our students had experience by doing patient education.
