Our department students attended the IDMA fair, which is the largest organization in Turkey in their target business field, and our students working in the sector were visited.

Dr. Nihat ÇANKAYA, in charge as a lecturer in the Food Processing Department of our school, Flour and Bakery Products Technology department, visited the IDMA 2024. "International Flour, Feed, Corn, Semolina, Rice, Bulghur Milling Machinery & Pulses, Pasta, Biscuit Technologies Exhibition" held at Istanbul EXPO CENTER HALL 1-2-3 between 02-04 May 2024. Participants from the flour, feed, semolina, corn, bulgur machinery, pasta and biscuit technologies sectors were visited at the fair. At the fair, we came together with our students who graduated from our separation department and work in this sector. Consultations were held on issues such as the economic and technological development of the sector, employment, new technologies, new purchasing trends and markets. The sector companies visited and interviewed during the fair stated that they had a problem with qualified personnel and requested us to direct graduated students who could work in the city where they operate.
