Under the leadership of our Vocational School faculty member Lecturer Dr. Şerife Eylül DUMAN, a drug collection campaign was carried out within the scope of the course “Environment and Health Practices” with the participation of Oral and Dental Health Program 2nd year students. This campaign aimed to reduce environmental pollution and protect human health by ensuring the safe collection of waste drugs and the correct disposal of unused drugs in our homes. For this purpose, expired and unused drugs were collected from our school environment and delivered to the pharmacy. We believe that this application is an important step to increase the health and environmental awareness of the society and to create a model for the safe collection of waste drugs. We would like to thank all our students who supported us by participating.
