As part of the Peer Supported Speaking Club activities, NEU TÖMER hosted a debate program for our students who received Turkish preparatory education at our center and NEU Arabic Language Education students. At the event, TÖMER students defended their ideas in their target language Turkish, and Arabic Language Education students defended their ideas in their target language Arabic. In the program chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Yıldız, 4 students in each group defended their theses and a total of 24 students' speeches were made in 3 stages. The program ended with questions and answers and intellectual discussions. 
  In the program, NEU TÖMER Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar DERMAN, NEU TÖMER Deputy Director Lecturer Nizamettin Soylu, Head of the Department of Arabic Language Teaching Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet YILDIZ presented gifts to the groups and students.
