Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Training Activities Symposium

"Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Training Activities Symposium-Konya" was held on April 1, 2022 in cooperation with Necmettin Erbakan University (NEU), Nezahat Keleşoğlu Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation and Turkish Physiotherapists Association and with the support of Karatay Technical University (KTO) and Selçuk University (SU) Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Departments.
A total of 284 students from NEU, SU and KTO universities participated in the program, which was held at the Dean's Office of Meram Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Asım Duman Conference Hall. Nezahat Keleşoğlu Faculty of Health Sciences, Head of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Assist. The event, which started with the speeches of Prof. Neslihan Altuntaş Yılmaz, continued with the welcome speech of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Hüseyin Tekin, Vice Dean of the Faculty. Afterwards, the program flow was provided with the presentations of the invited speakers. The topics in the symposium are given below.

4. Approach to Swallowing Disorder in Children with Special Needs Assist. Asst. Prof. Neslihan Altuntaş Yılmaz (NEU)
In this event, it is aimed to share different experiences, ideas, information and experiences from the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. It has been stated that the cooperation of the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Departments at NEU, SU and KTO universities will continue. Academic physiotherapists, clinician physiotherapists and future physiotherapists who participated in the event reported that they were very pleased and benefited from this face-to-face event.
