A seminar with the theme of "Knife" was held by the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of our faculty. In the seminar, which was attended by intense participation, short videos about knife production were shown by Pirge representatives, knife grip patterns, knives and equipment used in professional kitchens, knife usage and preference suggestions, HACCP food in knives
