Within the scope of the event supported by TÜBİTAK-BİDEB 2237-A Scientific Training Activities Support Program with the project number 29B372300828; it is aimed to provide young scientists in the field of health sciences with academic concepts, values and skills such as ethical concepts, effective presentation, resume and motivation letter preparation, academic communication in the education-career processes. In addition, it is aimed to contribute to academic activities such as creating awareness about TÜBİTAK support programs, effective project writing and increasing interdisciplinary cooperation, innovation, intellectual property rights and patent process.

The event, which was held at Aksaray University (ASU) under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Ercan KURAR, was attended by 5 faculty members from 4 different universities as trainers and 32 scientists from 3 different universities as trainees. Before the program, activity materials (name badges, note pages, pens, activity program, etc.) were presented. Stationery, lunch and tea and coffee were covered from the event budget.

ASU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpay ARIBAŞ paid a courtesy visit and expressed his support with his opening speech. Prof. Dr. Alpay ARIBAŞ, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Yavuz Selim ÇAKMAK and Prof. Dr. Ömer KÖSE, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Servet GÖLGELER and Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Prof. Dr. Tahir KARAŞAHİN contributed to the event process.

Five groups were formed according to the demands and areas of specialization and were asked to prepare a draft TÜBİTAK-1001 project proposal. Consultant faculty members contributed technically. The prepared project samples were presented and evaluated. Information was also given about the TÜBİTAK project evaluation process and the panel system. At the end of the event, a panel simulation was realized, the prepared projects were evaluated and discussed technically.

At the end of the event, certificates were presented to the participants and trainers and a souvenir photo was taken. Lecture notes, photographs and auxiliary documents were shared with all participants.
