The activity of making şerbet from natural fruits is both an educational and enjoyable activity. In this process, it is also possible to learn about the nutritional values of fruits and the traditional Turkish beverage culture. This activity allows participants to both learn the benefits of natural fruits and experience a traditional beverage. In addition, the process of making şerbet together stands out as a fun and creative activity. In this context, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Program faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Süleyman DOĞU, Assist. Prof. Dr. Turan AKDAĞ and Assist. Prof. Dr. Zeliha Üstün ARGON carried out a practical sherbet activity from different natural fruits with students.
