Prenatal preparation training aims to help expectant mothers and families prepare physically, emotionally and mentally for the birth process. In this training, important topics such as the stages of birth, situations that may be encountered during birth, pain management techniques, breathing exercises and postpartum care are discussed. In prenatal preparation training, mothers are guided through this process by emphasizing the benefits of breastfeeding, correct breastfeeding techniques and the vital importance of breast milk in the baby's first six months. In addition, practical information such as preparing a hospital bag, creating a birth plan and the role of fathers in this process was also shared. Prenatal preparation training positively affects the birth experience of expectant mothers by enabling them to approach birth in a more conscious, safe and calm manner. For this reason, pregnant women were given training at family health center number 5. In this context, continuing in cooperation with institutions affiliated with the district health directorate makes the institutions stronger.
