Adaptation Field Training organized by Harmonization Activities was held in Aydın on 22-23 October 2021. Topics of social cohesion in Turkey, social participation of foreigners and their acceptance by the host society were discussed. In addition, the economic causes and consequences of foreign manpower, the social adaptation process and problems of foreigners in Turkey, and awareness of hate speech against foreigners in the field were evaluated. In the training where media trainings and case discussions were made, Prof. Necmettin Erbakan University, faculty of social and human sciences, sociology department. Dr. Ahmet Koyuncu contributed with the seminar titled "Monitoring and Evaluation Process in Field Studies and Conflict and Reconciliation in the Context of Migration"
