The "School Health Program" conducted by the Public Health Department of the Faculty of Nursing of our university continues in the 2024-2025 academic year. Within the scope of School Health, approximately 3000 students were screened for height, weight, blood pressure, oral and dental health, and eye and hair examinations. According to the results of the health screenings, health training (healthy nutrition, oral and dental health, peer bullying, technology addiction, hygiene, protection from accidents) was provided to the students in line with their needs. In addition to the students, the teachers working at the school and the families of the students were also trained on what can be done to protect and improve the health of children.
