Increased irrational drug use and drug abuse have been observed in society. The aim was to raise public awareness, prevent drug resistance and reduce the cost of use, and increase response to treatment. Brochures containing basic information and suggestions on this subject were prepared by the project group members. These brochures were distributed to patients and their relatives at Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Medicine Hospital and verbal information was also provided.
