Necmettin Erbakan University Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Theology Department of Islamic Law continues its traditional "Fiqh Readings" in the spring term of 2023-2024 academic year. In these readings, the text of al-Muhtar, one of the basic texts known as al-mutūn al-arba'a in the Hanafi madhhab, is followed. With the courses given by four different lecturers in one academic year, it is aimed to familiarise the theology students with classical fiqh texts and to read a fiqh text from beginning to end throughout their theology education.
