A sapling planting activity was carried out by the first year students of the Court Office Services Department within the scope of the Volunteering Works Course, accompanied by the course instructor Lecturer Serpil YAKUT. After the assistance and information of the officials in the area determined by the Meram Municipality Parks and Gardens Directorate in Alakova Neighborhood, a total of 30 saplings were planted in order for each student to have their own sapling. The sapling planting activity is one of the most valuable steps taken for the protection of nature and a sustainable future. Such activities not only green our environment, but also contribute to the regulation of the ecosystem, the production of clean air and the fight against climate change.
