The Silk Road and Beyond Congress Series (SIRCON 2024), themed "One Belt One Road: Language, Human Capital, and Cultural Heritage," was held on May 23-24, 2024, hosted by Mersin University. This congress was a collaborative effort supported by Necmettin Erbakan University, Mersin University, and Uzbekistan's Alfraganus University, with significant backing from our Faculty. The event brought together scholars and experts to discuss and explore the intersections of language, human capital development, and the preservation of cultural heritage within the context of the historic Silk Road.
