The seminar on "Social Work Intervention in Violence Against Women" organized by the Department of Social Work of our Faculty was held with the participation of Social Worker Edibe GÜYEN from the Violence Prevention and Monitoring Center Directorate. Moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kübra KÜÇÜKŞEN, Head of the Department of Social Work, the event focused on the extent and types of violence against women in the world and in our country, and the current service models and their scope used in combating violence against women. In the last part of the program, the questions of the participants were answered and then the event was concluded by presenting a plaque to our guest.
