An exercise activity was organized with students from the Medical Services and Techniques Department of our Vocational School. Lecturers of the department also attended the event, which was led by lecturer Fatmanur Interesting with the slogan "Stay Active, Live Healthy". The exercises aimed to increase joint range of motion, stretch tense muscle groups, strengthen large muscle groups and achieve a more correct posture. At the end of the fun event, awareness was raised about the importance of exercise for a healthy life.
