On May 13, 2024, the “Street Flavors Festival” event was organized by the instructors of the Culinary Arts Program at Meram Vocational School (MYO), NAMELY Instructor Cemil Uslu, Instructor Murat Özcan,and Instructor Evren Nas, along with the students of the department.Within the scope of the event, flavors belonging to Turkish Cuisine were prepared by the instructors and students and presented to the guests.
During the event, information about the richness of Turkish Cuisine was provided to the instructors and students of Meram MYO. Participants who attended the event had the opportunity to ask questions about Turkish Cuisine and Street flavors, gaining insights into the topic. While the prepared flavors were served to the participants, the importance of Turkish Cuisine and why we need to preser our culinary cculture were explained to them. Participants were made aware of the need to preserve the heritage of Turkish cuisine and how we  can further advance it.
