The "Don't Drop Me Outside" project is designed to provide students with more support and guidance in their educational journey with the support of the Erasmus Program. This project aims to provide the resources and strategies that students and teachers need, especially with the aim of preventing school dropout.

The project implements a comprehensive teacher education program that includes teacher competency framework, teacher self-efficacy and student tendency scales. It also introduces teacher and student training programs. These developments are important steps taken to improve the quality of education and reduce school dropout rates.
