A technical visit to the Zade Oil Factory and Zade Vital Production Facility was organized with the fourth-year students of our Faculty's Department of Food Engineering, within the scope of the Edible Oil Technology course, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Derya Arslan and Lecturer S. Yusra Özkılıç. During the visit, the food engineers working within the company provided detailed information about the processes and products implemented in the factory. Additionally, an enjoyable and productive conversation was held with the company's CEO, Mr. Mevlüt Büyükhelvacıgil.
