Our faculty's Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Seçim, participated as a speaker in the Gastro Aksaray flavor discovery titled "Hands that Shape Aksaray's Flavors" organized by the Aksaray Gastronomy and Chefs Association. Emphasizing that the contribution to the regional and national economy will pass through food, Dr. Seç also emphasized that by directing our culinary culture and nutrition, destinations will be revitalized in terms of tourism by investing in health.
