The webinar program on the importance and future of olives and olive oil, moderated by Cemil USLU, the head of the department of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services at Meram Vocational School, and attended by Duygu Özerson Elakdar, the operator of Hiç Urla Restaurant and also an olive oil producer, was held with high participation and Q&A. The webinar ended by addressing the issues of good quality olive oil, early and ripe harvest, and the future of olives, and answering the questions of the participants.
