Under the moderation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yılmaz SEÇİM, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts of our Faculty, a bulgur-themed interview was held with Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Lecturer Asuman KERKEZ. In the panel, the journey of bulgur from the past to the present was conveyed to the students.
