The "Pink Wings to the Air" event was organized by the Aviation and R&D Community of our Faculty with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Aviation and Space Sciences Prof. Dr. Murat DILMEC, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Savas DURDURAN and our esteemed students. 
Speaking on the subject, the Dean of our Faculty Prof. Dr. Murat DILMEC said: "We came together to celebrate this special day under the leadership of the Aviation and R&D Community of our Faculty and we organized a magnificent event to honor the women working in the aviation industry: Today, we came together to celebrate the perseverance and achievements of women in the aviation world. From past to present, women in the aviation industry have played an important role in the development and progress of the industry. Their perseverance, talent, and determination have left their mark on aviation history and inspired future generations. As part of the event, airplanes were made from A4 paper and decorated with pink wings, each full of hope and inspiration. These symbolic airplanes were released into the air to glorify the self-confidence and achievements of women in aviation. Each airplane represented the courage, strength, and determination of a woman. We hope that the "Pink Wings in the Air" event has motivated women to achieve even greater success in the aviation industry. As supporters of women in aviation, we will continue to work together to build a stronger and more progressive future. We thank everyone for their participation and support.
