The "Preceptor/Mentor Nurse Training" course, supported by 2237-A TÜBİTAK Scientific Education Activities, was held at Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Nursing on 09-10 November 2023.
The Preceptor/Mentor Nurse Training was given within the scope of the course to nurses who will facilitate the student's learning in the field of practice, support and develop their professional development, and evaluate the student. Expert educators from Necmettin Erbakan University, Akdeniz University, Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, and Hacettepe University contributed to the course. Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Konya Numune Hospital, Konya City Hospital, Meram State Hospital, 26 nurses working at Dr. Ali Kemal Belviranlı Gynecology and Children's Hospital and Private Medova Hospital participated. We would like to thank our instructors, the organizing committee, and the participants who supported the course.
