"The project team after Leyla"

Our event aimed to visit our hospital's pediatric hematology service within the scope of Children's Leukemia Week, to have a pleasant time with little patients and to raise awareness of leukemia. Our activity started in the afternoon and activities such as drawing pictures, painting masks, playing various games, shaping balloons and performing a clown show were carried out with the children. During our activity, hospital rules and hygiene rules were taken into consideration. Medical school students have gained experience on how to approach a sick individual. At the end of the activity, the activity materials prepared by the children were exhibited to the project team members and our members were informed about leukemia. This event was performed by The Project Team After Leyla at Necmettin Erbakan University School of Medicine.
