A practical training on "Production of Thyme Water and Thyme Essential Oil by Distillation" was provided by Prof. Dr. Ahmet ÜNVER in the Pilot Facilities of our Department of Food Engineering to the students of the Plant and Animal Production Department of Meram Vocational School.
