Second-year students from the Social Services Department at Necmettin Erbakan University organized a meaningful environmental event during the final week of the semester as part of the “Volunteer Work” course taught by Prof. Dr. Kübra Küçükşen. The students combined their awareness of volunteerism with a love of nature by planting trees on campus.

The event aimed to raise students' awareness of the environment and reinforce their sense of social responsibility. While planting trees, students also gained awareness on topics such as protecting nature, building a sustainable future, and increasing individual awareness.

We would like to thank the Faculty Secretariat, the Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate, and the Construction and Technical Affairs Directorate for their contributions and support in making this meaningful activity possible.

The event contributed to strengthening both environmental awareness and the spirit of volunteerism among students, setting a fine example of the concept of generating benefits for society.
