General information on the responsibilities of states under the law of states is given. Following this general information, students were informed about the responsibilities of states arising from actors outside the state. In the light of this information, the ways in which states can be held responsible are explained. How to hold a hearing in an international court has been covered. Students were provided with information about international trials.
