Our faculty's Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yilmaz Seçin participated in the 1st Turkish National Gastronomy Federation meeting and was elected as the chairman of the board of directors of the Turkish Gastronomy Federation (TUGAFED), the largest formation in the field of gastronomy, which has 12 associations and thousands of members. Our university, faculty and gastronomy department were realized by the entire federation and their perspectives were changed.
