Interest: Letter of the Association of Friends of All Africa dated 29.12.2022 and numbered 2022/24.

In the letter of interest received from TADD (Association of Friends of All Africa), it is stated that they are planning a health trip for treatment and education purposes in Uganda with an expert team in March, and that they will provide surgical interventions to the local people who cannot access health care at the local hospital, as well as General Surgery for the local staff. It is stated that training will be provided in the fields of Urology, ENT and Gynecology. In order to carry out the mentioned studies, our Agency is requested to cover the international and intra-Ugandan transportation expenses and accommodation expenses of the team that will go to Uganda within the scope of the project, and it is thought that it would be beneficial to meet this request. In this regard, I respectfully request that the international and domestic transportation expenses of the delegation that will go to Uganda within the scope of the "Uganda Health Organization" (including all kinds of penalties and additional expenses), transportation and accommodation expenses within Uganda will be covered by the relevant arrangement of our Presidency's budget, DIOD Presidency.
