As part of bilateral collaborations, Dr. Stephen Lindemann, a visiting researcher in our Faculty of Food Engineering from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN, USA), shared his presentation titled "Teaching Science and Engineering through Project-Based Courses." During the presentation, he discussed the ongoing projects related to project-based science and engineering education. We extend our gratitude to Research Associate Stephen Lindemann and Associate Professor Dr. Yunus Emre Tunçil for their contributions to the field through various international projects developed in collaboration.
