On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, one of the instructors of Flour and Bakery Products Technology of the Department of Food Processing of our School, Lecturer. Assist. Prof. Dr. Hakan VATANSEV, moderated by Prof. Dr. Abdullah ÖKSÜZ, a faculty member of the Department of Nutrition Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Nezahat Keleşoğlu Faculty of Health Sciences, with the participation of Prof. Dr. Abdullah ÖKSÜZ, “The Importance of Aquaculture Production and Aquaculture Consumption in terms of Nutrition in Our Country”. Within the scope of the webinar, Prof. Dr. Abdullah ÖKSÜZ gave detailed information to the participants about the production of aquaculture products worldwide, aquaculture production in our country, aquaculture, aquaculture fishing and aquaculture production support policies and the importance of aquaculture consumption in terms of nutrition.
