As part of International Women's Day, some activities were held in the Faculty of Law. In one of these activities, the topic of Women and Violence was examined. The presentation on this topic was made by Dr. Banu Bilge Sarıhan, faculty member of the Faculty of Law. The position of women in society and the difficulties they face are explained within the scope of this presentation. The violence faced by women and the solutions to this violence are expressed. Legal methods for the prevention of violence against women are discussed.
