The workshop training program organized by the Konya Branch of the Chamber of Urban Planners of TMMOB was held between 03-05 August 2022.  You are invited to produce an idea project on the function and design of the new urban space to be created on this site with the relocation of the Konya Sugar Factory in the city center
During the program, our expert professors on "Public Space Design" gave presentations and critiques. Public spaces reflect the common identity of the city and are areas of use that enable the public to socialize. With this program, it is aimed to design public spaces in a way that will easily and completely perceive and interpret them and activate mental activities; Within the scope of the study, it is aimed for the participants to produce an idea project on the function and design of the new urban space to be created on this site with the relocation of the Konya Sugar Factory in the city center, and to experience and learn by planning and designing the area to be idle.
