As the Cooking Program of the Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department of our University Meram Vocational School (Vocational School), cheesecakes prepared with various fruits and presentations were presented to the guests in the World Cheesecake Day event where the students and chefs who receive skill training in hotels demonstrated their skills. General product information was given to the guests about cheesecake, which is one of the most popular flavors among world cuisines. Among the cheesecakes made, there are varieties with pumpkin, raspberry, fig and apricot.
