On September 19, 2025, Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Engineering students participated in World Cleanup Day activities in Meram, Konya, in collaboration with Bizim Meram and Let’s Do It! Türkiye. The event began with transportation from the faculty at 08:30 and started at the historical Meram Bridge, continuing towards Kızlar Kayası. The purpose of the event was to promote environmental awareness, community solidarity, and responsible waste management. Students took an active role in cleaning public areas, highlighting the importance of sustainability, reducing pollution, and contributing to a cleaner and healthier city environment.
