As the Cooking Program of the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department of our University Meram Vocational School (Vocational School), Adana shish kebabs, where students and chefs who receive skill training in hotels demonstrated their skills, were presented to the guests at the World Kebab Day event. Our students, who received positive feedback from the guests, informed the participating guests about the details of the kebab. The event ended by informing the guests about the Southeastern Anatolia region, which has a very important place in our country in terms of kebabs.
