As Necmettin Erbakan University Women's Rights Community, we aim to raise awareness of students about sexual harassment and violence against women in the activities we organise. However, in this process, we realised that especially foreign students have difficulty in getting support due to the language barrier. With this awareness, we have implemented the "You Are Not Alone!" project in order to make them feel that they are not alone and to provide the support they need. This project aims to provide a solution to the difficulties of foreign students in expressing the cases of sexual harassment and violence they face due to language barriers, cultural differences and the shyness they experience during the adaptation process to a new country. Within the scope of the project, foreign students who apply to our community have the opportunity to meet with one of our members with whom they can communicate in their mother tongue or another language they have mastered. At this stage, the problem experienced by the student is analysed from a legal perspective and the legal remedies that can be followed in line with the research conducted within the community are presented to the student. Throughout the process, both legal and physical support is provided by the members of the community, helping the student to effectively claim his/her rights. With the "You Are Not Alone!" project, we aim to create a university environment where every student feels safe and supported.
